The fourth Viticulture and Enology Graduate Group VEN 290 Seminar of Spring will be tomorrow, April 22nd, at noon. Tina Beveridge will be speaking on "Microbial Populations and Optimal Sulfur Dioxide Concentrations for Native Fermentations in Wine" and Karrie Dies will present "Cold Tolerance Genetics and Flavors." The seminar will be held in the Sensory Theater. Everyone is welcome to attend!
