Hello MyTravel Users, 

Many of the discounted Southwest fares can be purchased through the BCD and UCTC agencies and can be paid with the CTS Card. In the past, the cheaper Southwest fares were only available through the SWABIZ link and paid for with a credit card, not the CTS Card. Now some of those are available through the agencies, see below. This allows travelers that do not want to be out of pocket a great way to book airfare using the campus Central Travel System Card which will directly charge your department accounts. Thanks. 

UC discounts with Southwest are now accessible through BCD Travel, Balboa Travel and UC Travel Center and available for campus direct bill. 

Travelers can now benefit from the discount (when applicable) and have the campus pay up front for the following fares, which have been programmed into the agencies Global Distribution System: 

* Anytime = 8% 
* Select Wanna Get Away Fares that fall within 0-7 day advance purchase = 5% 

Tickets will be offered through the agency online booking tools or by calling an agent directly. 

Note: The discount offering will exclude Southwest Web Only Fares, and some of the Wanna Get Away fares. Additionally, extra Rapid Reward credit will not be earned if booked through a Connexxus agency, please use the SWABIZ link
