There will be a special guest lecture by Dr. Tanya Ditschun from Senomyx on "Using Taste Receptors to Discover New Flavor Ingredients" on Friday, April 11 at 1:10 pm in the RMI Sensory Theater.
Dr. Ditschun is a former graduate of our Food Science Graduate Group. The lecture is in conjunction with VEN/FST 213, Flavor Chemistry of Foods and Beverages and all are welcome to attend. Please see the attached flyer for additional information.
