CE Specialist emerita Dr. Christine Bruhn facilitated a discussion of Food Evolution, an IFT-commissioned film addressing genetic engineering, at the NCIFT Young Professionals meeting October 17 in Oakland.
Responding to the film are FST alum Brad Olson, BS, MS; Kelsey Olson, UCD BA in History and JD Law degree; and Michelle Flood, BS U of Illinois. The event was organized by the Chair of the Young Professionals, Erin Evens, UCD BS in 1997, and Michele Flood. Over 100 guests attended.
